Cirrus is a Assassin who plays the Jungle. Your aim is to roam for picks and burst down priority targets. Pick your moment to use Soaring Whirlwind, then follow up with Cloud Descending and Razor Wind. Track the enemy jungler, secure objectives, and gank lanes that have set up crowd control.
