Garuda is a Mage who plays the Mid. Your aim is to control space with area damage and punish enemies who step out of position. Pick your moment to use Wings of Judgment, then follow up with Arrows of Gold and Golden Winged Blessing. Shove the wave, fight for river vision, and rotate to your side lanes.
