Heino is a Mage who plays the Mid. Your aim is to control space with area damage and punish enemies who step out of position. Pick your moment to use Fate Rewind, then follow up with Scepter of Fate and Leap of Fate. Shove the wave, fight for river vision, and rotate to your side lanes.
