Liang is a Mage who plays the Mid. Your aim is to control space with area damage and punish enemies who step out of position. Pick your moment to use Power Word - Control, then follow up with Power Word - Barrier and Power Word - Fate. Shove the wave, fight for river vision, and rotate to your side lanes.
