Ziya is a Mage who plays the Mid. Your aim is to control space with area damage and punish enemies who step out of position. Pick your moment to use Universal Law, then follow up with Divine Seal and Divine Punishment. Shove the wave, fight for river vision, and rotate to your side lanes.
